By using Mozzo Spa (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the Mozzo Spa Software As A Service (“SAAS”) platform, globally. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

Services

Mozzo Spa provides a platform for creating recipes and calculating restaurant profits. We offer two types of plans: Free and Pro. The Free plan allows the creation of up to 4 recipes. The Pro plan, which incurs a yearly fee, allows for unlimited recipe creation.

Payment and Renewal

If you choose the Pro plan, you agree to pay the stipulated yearly fee. The Pro plan renews automatically each year. We use verified payment gateways like PayPal and global credit card processors. It’s your responsibility to maintain valid payment information in your account to avoid any interruption in services.

No Refunds

All payments are final, and we do not offer refunds. We encourage users to try our Free plan before deciding to switch to the Pro plan. Your satisfaction with our Free plan should guide your decision to upgrade.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only and refrain from engaging in any activity that violates any laws, infringes upon the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of our Services.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and business data that you provide during the use of our services is stored on secured servers provided by Google Cloud Platform. We use industry-standard security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to our Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Mozzo Spa. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Republic of Indonesia and foreign countries.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bali, Indonesia, for resolution of any legal matter arising from these Terms or related to your use of our Services.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, and we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

By using our Services, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Terms, then you may not use our Services.
